Wyandanch Football Player Javion Paige Earns Scholar-Athlete Honors
Wyandanch Memorial High School student-athlete Javion Paige was recently selected as a Scholar-Athlete by the Suffolk Chapter of the National Football Foundation. Paige was honored at the annual Scholar-Athlete Brunch on April 19, held at the Marriott Melville Long Island and attended by his family, coaches and school administration.
“This is a highly prestigious recognition, as only one Scholar-Athlete is selected from each of the 50 high schools participating in scholastic football across Suffolk County,” Athletic Director Dr. Ty Scarlett said. “We congratulate Javion on this remarkable achievement.”
