Wyandanch's elementary scholars prepared for last week’s holiday festivities with a celebration of their own, marching through the happy halls of Lafrancis Hardiman Elementary School and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary School for the district’s seventh annual Thanksgiving Parade. Fun floats and music abounded as students proudly showcased their handmade holiday crafts and costumes as they waved to cheering schoolmates and staff. The joyous procession brought the school community together in a memorable kickoff to the Thanksgiving holiday.
